Shipping
Once the order has been received, within 2 working days, you will receive a proof of the order in jpg. format for your approval via email. It will be printed and processed once we have received your approval via email. After cleared payment, please allow between 3-7 days for your order to be processed and posted via your selected method of postage. For larger orders (corporate and weddings) please allow 7-14 days for processing and shipping. You may cancel the order before you sign-off the design via email. Once the design has been signed-off, it is personalised and therefor cannot be cancelled.
Shipping are with Royal Mail. You can check your postage costs (according to the weight of the item) when going through 'checkout' and selecting the 'estimate shipping' option at the bottom of the page. Here you will see the different options in terms of First or Second Class Mail, or as Standard Parcel. Only labels can be posted with the 'large letter' option. All chocolates must be posted with the 'packet' option. Postage is combined automatically at checkout.
**IMPORTANT NOTE** The 'large letter' postage option is only available when purchasing labels (bubble and wine labels). For all the chocolate and other products, you need to select the relevant 'padkage' or standard parcel option. You will be charged for the extra postage if you select the 'large letter' option for anything other than the labels.
Unfortunately we will not be held responsible for any items which go missing in the post that are not send as ‘recorded signed for’ – these options are available at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Once the wrapper has been personalised, signed off by you and printed, we cannot use it again and therefor , we are not able to offer any refunds. We WILL however replace any orders where we have made the mistake in terms of wrong wording or wrapper design. We will expect of you to send the wrong items back (we will pay the postage) before the order is replaced. We keep very accurate records of all email communications between us and our clients.
